Homemade Popsicles with Greek Yogurt & Berries

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Place 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, and 1/4 cup honey in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness, if desired, by adding a little more honey.

1 cup Plain whole milk Greek yogurt

1 cup Mixed berries

1/4 cup Honey

Step 2

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place the lid on the molds. Freeze overnight, or until firm (minimum 6-8 hours).

Step 3

To unmold, let them stand at room temperature for 5 minutes or run the bottom of the mold under warm water and wiggle the stick to remove the popsicle. Serve immediately.
