Notes

This dressing thickens slightly when chilled—normal with mustard and olive oil. If the oil solidifies in the fridge, let it sit at room temp for 5 minutes and shake. Excellent on: Simple greens with roasted chicken | Grain salads | Roasted carrots, Brussels sprouts, or potatoes | As a dip for sausages or nuggets.
