Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Slice sourdough baguette or loaf and drizzle with olive oil. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub it against the top of the sliced bread.
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 clove Garlic

Prepare Burrata by slicing Burrata into small strips inside a serving dish.
2 balls Burrata cheese
Step 3
In a separate bowl add lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, 1 clove garlic minced, basil, salt and pepper. Pour over prepared Burrata.
1-2 Lemon juice
1 Lemon zest
1/3 cup Fresh basil
Step 4
Garnish with more basil. Serve over toasted baguette.
