Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

2 cup Organic fresh milled flour

1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder

3/4 cup Organic honey

1 tsp Baking powder

1/4 tsp Baking soda

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Cinnamon

Step 2

Stir the mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.

3 Ripe organic bananas

2 Eggs

1 stick Organic butter

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Step 3

Carefully fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.

Step 4

Mix in the chocolate chips.

12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 5

Pour into a greased loaf pan or lined with parchment paper.

Step 6

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes until the bread has risen and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 7

To freeze: Cool completely. Store in the freezer.

Step 8

To serve: Thaw at room temperature for 2-5 hours.
