My son loves them & he is a hard critic to master. We make it freshly milled & store powder form in fridge for 5-7 days. It has short shelf life if freshly milled before oils can go rancid. It’s a true delight to add to our breakfast plate & I feel good knowing it’s more nutrient dense then traditional store bought pancakes.
