Date Smoothie

I drink this smoothie at least 3 times a week. I love using my kale from the garden. I'm often searching for recipes for my kale because I'm getting too much to eat. I even freeze it and use it all winter in my smoothies!

Ingredients

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Place everything in a blender and blend.

5 Pitted dates

1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp Creamy peanut butter

2-3 cup Ice

1 cup Milk of your choice

1/2 cup Fresh kale

Step 2

You can adjust the milk and ice to taste.

Step 3

I like mine thick and creamy so I typically add more ice than not.

Step 4

Enjoy!
